Hey! SpacemiT,
I noticed that Debian has added riscv64 as a release architecture ( Bits from the Release Team: hard frozen trixie ), and I bought a Banana Pi BPI-F3 for tasting it a few days ago. However, you guys did not submit your dtb to Debian:
Yes, Bianbu OS is excellent enough, but, Debian should be a necessary alternative, right? Especially, people like me who are “out of place” still prefer Debian a bit.
Regards,
larryw3i
Thank you for your love for the Bianbu system. Since we haven’t upstreamed the code to Debian’s repositories at this time, there is no Spacemit-related code available yet. We will push for this in the future.
Thank you

I am looking forward to it, thank you all. I have been using Debian for a looooooong time and I am not very compatible with other operating systems. Now, I can only shelve BPI-F3!
I have noticed that a lot of code has been merged upstream, and I look forward to many official Linux distributions having images for BPI-F3.

At least at time of writing, this is not entirely accurate. There is no DTB for any SpacemiT chip in Debian RISCV images, in testing or in Trixie. That isn’t to say it won’t boot, I haven’t tried it, but if it does boot I’d be real surprised.
