It appears to me that SpacemiT maintains a modified version of OpenOCD: SpacemiT download page. Looks like K3 needs this modified version, because of patches not yet uptreamed. Given OpenOCD is GPLv2, it’s mandatory for SpacemiT to release the sources, but I couldn’t find any public repository. Can you let me know where to download? Thanks.
